  • WHY YOU SHOULD NOT STORE EGGS IN THE FRIDGE

    1. The eggs stored in cold temperature tend to undergo condensation when they are taken out to room temperature. This promotes the growth of bacteria over the egg shell, thereby contaminating the egg and making it harmful for human consumption.

    2. All the baking recipes recommend using eggs that are stored at room temperature as they tend to whip way better than the ones which are refrigerated.

  • HOW TO DEAL WITH STRESS.

Moving your body on a regular basis balances the nervous system and increases blood circulation, helping to flush out stress hormones. Even a daily 20-minute walk makes a difference.

If you’re spending too much time at the office, intentionally put more dates in your calendar to enjoy time for fun, either alone or with others.

Start with a good breakfast, add more organic fruits and vegetables for a well-balanced diet, avoid processed foods and sugar, try herbal tea and drink more water
If you get less than seven to eight hours of sleep, your body won’t tolerate stress as well as it could.

Add  meditation into your day to make up for the lost z’s. Try to get seven to nine hours of sleep each night. Make a regular bedtime schedule. Keep your room dark and cool. Try to avoid computers, TV, cell phones and tablets before bed.

Do you enjoy gardening, reading, listening to music or some other creative pursuit? Engage in activities that bring you pleasure and joy. Research shows that  it reduces stress by almost half and lowers your heart rate, too.
Go for a vacation. Getting away from it all can reset your stress tolerance by increasing your mental and emotional outlook, which makes you a happier, more productive person upon return. Leave your cellphone and laptop at home.

  • WHAT MEN HATE

    • Men hate disrespect. It will surprise you that even a 10-year-old boy demands respect from his female classmates, younger or older sister. Disrespecting him makes him feel less. The disrespect might be ; Interrupting him in a conversation; Not including him in a decision; Demeaning him in public ; Playing on his emotions

    •  Avoid being  so nagging. Repeating the same thing consistently frustrates a man. Men hate ladies that nag too much. Telling them what to do and repeating it to their ears is one of the things you should avoid.

    • Men hate women that are emotionally unstable or immature. Crying while discussing with him or trying to prove a point puts him off totally. Bottling up your emotions in a relationship is a sign of emotional immaturity. Most importantally, Lack of appreciation, Being emotionally immature and Comparison

    • Talking about an ex early on is a big no-no, and will cause a man to lose interest. It doesn’t matter how you’re talking about the ex.If you’re complaining, that means you’re still hurt and angry, and the ex is still on your mind. If you’re talking about what good friends you are with your ex, that might indicate future competition and resentment for the new man. If your new man asks about your ex, keep your answers short and straightforward

  • Damage of the great world in China
The Great Wall of China warded off marauding nomadic tribes for centuries, but it wasn’t enough to stop these time-conscious builders. A small part of the Great Wall has been severely damaged by construction workers who were looking to make a shortcut through the monument.
