Most countries in Africa continent have a history of European colonialism and till date there still exist economic and social ties between them. The white in Africa are the minority but spread across the continent. Some of the whites you can fine in Africa are from Britain, France, Germany and Portugal just to name a few. The top African nations with the highest white population worthy to note are.

SOUTH AFRICA

As compared to other African countries South Africa has more white folks in their country. It is estimated that at least 4.6 million whites live in South Africa as their home town. After the pilgrims showed up on the shores of the Cape of Good Hope a large number of Dutch got interested in the town and today it has become their home town as they occupy a large part of the country.

NAMIBIA

The native white Namibian makes up eight percent of the Namibia population. They are the Dutch that escape from Britain control and settle in the country. Today they have spread wide over the country and are considered as white Namibians.

BOTSWANA

Botswana was a British colony in the colonial days this paved a way for whites to visit the country more. Majority of white population that visited Botswana were from the United Kingdom and Netherlands. Today, Botswana has one of the best white populace in Africa.

ANGOLA

White population in Angola makes about 1.2 percent and more of the total population. Most of Angola population is made up of Portuguese because the country was once a Portuguese colony. Angola also has other whites from Russia, Ukraine and Brazil within the country.

TUNISIA

The Italians and the French form most of the white population in Tunisia The number of white dwellers in this country keeps increasing as time goes on making it one of the country with highest white population.

KENYA

The bulk of whites that dwell in Kenya are mostly from Britain because during the colonial period Kenya was ruled by the British. And so today, most of Kenya white settlers are descendants from the whites who came into the country during the colonial period.

MOZAMBIQUE

Mozambigue also tops the list of African countries with the highest white population. In fact the economy and politics of the country was dominated by the whites until around the mid 1970s when the country gained its independence. But till date, the country still has a huge number of white folks as inhabitants.

SENEGAL

Colonized by the French, the country has a large population of French speaking people and also has white dwellers especially from France in the country. They refer to the whites as Toubab which actually means wealthy Traveler. The evidence of whites majority in Senegal is seen in Laurane Gavrona a white, attempts to stand for parliamentary elections in 2012.

MADAGASCAR

Madagascar is an island that originated from an earthquake that separated it from the rest of Africa. Mostly from France, white population covers about 0.6 percent and more of their population.

MOROCCO

 Formerly known as Kingdom of Marrakesh, the Berbers occupied the land for about two thousand years. This era saw many whites migrating to Morocco and till date some of the offspring have made the country their home town. Hence making it to stand out as one of the country with the highest whites populace.
