Health is a very important factor to talk about in our society and in the family . It's known that everything done or taken in excess is a danger to health . Now we have to learn how to manage our nutrition methods to keep ourselves healthy. Just a reminder to the world to reduce the level of salt consumption, to avoid much sugar too because diabetes is so rampant in society. It's better to prevent it rather than sticking to it and becoming a burden to ourselves and families.
